General Terms and Conditions

Contract
The word contract refers to any assignment accepted by AJP where a written confirmation signed by both parties is available.
Any changes in a contract are only valid if these have also been documented on a written confirmation.

prices
All prices are valid from our garage in Utrecht.
All prices as presented by AJP include taxes, except when indicated to be different.

Payment
On signing the contract a deposit of 25% will be made. The rest of the total prize as agreed upon in the contract must be paid at least 14 days in advance to the date indicated in the contract for the provision of the service.
In the case of the second party not complying with his or her obligations on time, AJP reserves itself the right to destroy or nullify the contract, without being liable for any kind of damages.
The second party agrees to exempt us from any liability from any third party.

Cancellations
In the case of cancelling a contract in the second party waivers any right to the paid deposit.
A cancellation can only be made in writing.
If a cancellation is made within thirty days before the date indicated in the contract for the provision of the service, the total price as agreed upon in the contract will be charged.

Circumstances beyond our control
In the case that, due to circumstances beyond our control, AJP is not able to execute the contract with the vehicle indicated, AJP reserves itself the right to use a different vehicle without being liable for any kind of damages.
With circumstances beyond our control AJP refers to for example being stuck in a traffic jam or the having car trouble.

General
All contracts signed by AJP are subject to the Dutch law. Both parties agree to resolve any differences arising from the signed contract at the district or jurisdiction of our establishment.
